Meet Jim Brazill
Jim Brazill founded JMB Custom Renovations in 2008 and still runs every job himself. Not a franchise, not a call center, not a sales team.
Our Story
JMB Custom Renovations began with decks, patios and stonework. That is a useful place to learn a trade, because outdoor work is unforgiving.
A patio that is not pitched correctly holds water. A deck ledger that is not flashed properly rots the band joist behind it. A stone wall built without drainage pushes itself over in three winters. None of that is visible on day one, and all of it shows up eventually.
That habit came inside with us. When we frame a basement, insulate a wall, waterproof a shower pan or set a beam, the standard is the same. Do the invisible part properly, because it is the part that decides whether the visible part lasts.
Today the work splits between homeowners across Chester County and the Main Line, and commercial clients who need a space turned around on a schedule. Same crew either way.
