Before you call
Do you charge for an estimate?
No. The first visit and the written estimate are free. We walk the space, take measurements, and put a real number in front of you.
How far out are you booking?
It depends on the season and the size of the job. Smaller interior work usually moves faster than a full renovation. Call and we will tell you honestly where the schedule stands.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. JMB Custom Renovations Inc is registered in Pennsylvania and carries general liability and workers compensation coverage. We will provide certificates on request.
Do you handle permits?
Yes. On work that requires a permit we pull it and coordinate the inspections. Township requirements vary across Chester County and we deal with that so you do not have to.
Will I be dealing with a salesperson?
No. You deal with the person running your job. That is the whole point.
